HOSPITALITY DESIGN
SITE: 229 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA
Neighborhood: Old City
CONCEPT: LAYERED VITALITY // DYNAMIC FUSION // BEYOND THE GRID

Eclectique & the Striped Swine is a boutique hotel and BBQ restaurant located within the Berger Building in the Old City neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA. The design scheme plays on the history of the building, which was formally a hardware store and tinnery built in 1905, and combines mid-century modern touches with an industrial flair.
